Publish guides straight into the NinjaOne Knowledge Base: the global one, or a single organization’s. Thoth files them in the folders you choose, mirrors your own folder structure, and updates the same document when you publish again.
Guides go up as a PDF (or Word file) in your document design, with all screenshots, arrows and blurs.
Publish to the global Knowledge Base or to one organization’s, so client-specific procedures stay with that client.
Pick a folder (Thoth by default) and keep the same folder tree you use in Thoth.
Publishing again replaces the file in place, so links your techs saved keep working.
Select guides in your library and publish them together.
United States, US 2, Canada, Europe and Oceania, or any NinjaOne address you paste.
A few minutes, once.
Open Administration → Apps → API and add a client app with the Monitoring and Management scopes. Thoth can use its client credentials, or you can sign in as yourself.
In Settings → Integrations → NinjaOne, choose your region (or paste your NinjaOne address) and enter the client ID and secret. Test the connection.
Pick the global Knowledge Base or an organization, a folder, and whether to mirror your Thoth folders.
Use Publish in a guide, or select several guides in the library and publish them in one go.
Start on Free and upgrade when you’re ready; your guides come with you.
