Recording, editing, blurring by hand, PDF, Markdown, JSON and image export, screen recording and your own document designs are Free, with no account. Pro adds automation, more formats and the tools for teams and upkeep. Pricing has the current price; this page lists what each plan includes so you can tell before you click.

If Pro ends#
Your guides stay on your PC and everything in Free keeps working. Pro features turn off when your key runs out, and nothing is deleted: pages you published stay where they are, and the Free plan can open and restore the three newest versions of a guide.
