Set review reminders
Ask for a guide to be checked every month, quarter or year, and see at a glance which ones are due.

A guide nobody checks goes quietly out of date. A review reminder gives each guide an owner and a date by which it should be looked at again.

Open Guide settings
In the guide, choose Guide settings in the header and find Owner and review.

Choose how often
Review how often can be Never, Every month, Every 3 months, Every 6 months or Every year. Add a Guide owner so it’s clear who looks after it.

Mark it reviewed
When you’ve checked a guide, choose Mark as reviewed. The clock restarts from that day.
A guide is due when the interval has passed since it was last reviewed, or since it was created if it never has been. Open Needs review in the library’s sidebar to see all the due guides, with a count. A guide that is overdue also shows a banner when you open it.
