Report a problem with screenshots and diagnostics
Make a report you can review before it goes anywhere: what happened, the steps, optional screenshots and diagnostics.

- October 23, 2026
Thoth has no analytics and sends no crash reports by itself. When something goes wrong, you write a report, see exactly what is in it, and decide whether to send it.
- 1
Open Submit error report
Go to Settings → Submit error report.
- 2
Describe it
Give a short title, say what went wrong, the steps that caused it and what you expected. Add how often it happens, and a contact email if you want a reply.
- 3
Attach pictures if they help
You can attach up to five images you choose (JPEG, 5 MB each, 15 MB in all). Thoth never takes a screenshot or attaches one by itself. Blur anything private first.
- 4
Choose the diagnostics
Diagnostics adds the app version, Windows version, screen sizes and scaling and how long Thoth had been open. Recent errors adds the last errors, with common secrets filtered out. Both are optional and you see them before they go.
- 5
Save or send
Save report ZIP writes the report where you choose and sends nothing. Where sending is available, you confirm that you reviewed the data before it is submitted.
You can also write to support@usethoth.app. The support page says what to include. Settings → Diagnostics shows what Thoth sees of your monitors and Windows, which is the first thing support will ask for.
