- 1

Make sure screenshots are blurred where they need to be.
- 2
Copy it
Choose Copy in the header and then Copy with screenshots, or press Ctrl+Shift+C. From the library, use the guide’s ••• menu and Copy to clipboard.
- 3
Paste
Paste into your email, document or ticket. Titles, numbering, descriptions, notes and screenshots come with it.
| Copy choice | What lands on the clipboard |
|---|---|
| Copy with screenshots | Formatted text with the pictures. Notes are built as one-cell tables so Outlook and Word keep their color, and screenshots are at most 640 px wide so a message stays readable. |
| Copy as text | Plain text, for places that don’t take pictures. |
| Copy as Markdown | Markdown text, for wikis and issue trackers. |
