Move your guides from Folge to Thoth

Bring your library over with its screenshots and annotations, without touching the original.

The situation

You have eighty guides in Folge and want them in Thoth, with the arrows and text you drew on the screenshots.

What you end up with: Your guides in a Thoth folder, with annotations as editable Thoth marks, and Folge left exactly as it was.

Open Import
In the Thoth library choose Import. If Folge is installed on this PC, Everything from Folge on this PC… reads its library directly and doesn’t change it. If not, export your guides from Folge as .flgg files and choose Guide files (.thoth, Folge .flgg)….

Choose what to bring
The dialog lists the guides. Tick the ones you want (or all), and pick the folder to put them in under Put new guides. Guides you’ve already imported show Already in library; importing again is recognized and doesn’t duplicate them.

Import
Choose the import button. Steps, screenshots and annotations come across; Folge’s arrows, shapes and text become editable Thoth marks.

Spot-check a few
Open three or four guides, press E on a screenshot and look at the marks. Run Check this guide on each.
