Presets#
A preset is a named set of export settings for one format, such as “Client PDF, A4, no checkboxes”. In the export dialog, set things up, then choose Save next to the preset menu and name it. Pick it from the menu next time, or delete it with the bin button. They are listed under Settings → Documents & export → Export presets.
Export many guides#
- 1
Select guides
In the library, tick the guides you want, or open a folder and tick all.
- 2
Choose Export
The bar at the top of the list shows what you can do with the selection. Choose Export.
- 3
Pick a format and settings
Choose a format, or a connected service to publish to instead. Apply a preset if you have one. The settings apply to every selected guide.
- 4
Run it
Thoth works through the guides one at a time with a progress bar. Each guide becomes its own file or folder in the folder you pick. Existing files are kept; new ones get a number. When it’s done you can open the folder.
